Refined Body is a collective healthcare group specializing in massage therapy, reflexology, naturopathy, osteopathy and acupuncture therapy.

Massage Therapy

Registered massage therapy treatments on muscle, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue can reduce or eliminate pain and inflammation, increase range of motion enhancing physical and mental wellbeing.

Reflexology

Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet, hands or ears, engaging the reflexes, to assess and treat the whole body. Reflexology reduces stress and releases toxins, improves circulation and supports the body to encourage healing and promote optimal wellbeing.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese therapy where thin needles are inserted into specific body points to restore balance and improve energy flow, aiding in pain relief, stress, and various health conditions.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a form of alternative medicine that focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing health problems by manipulating and massaging the bones, joints, and muscles.

Naturopathy

Naturopathic doctors treat the whole person to find the root cause of illness and imbalance. An ND employs lab testing, acupuncture, bodywork, nutritional diet and supplements to support natural healing.

Hot Stone Therapy

Hot stone therapy uses warmed basalt river rocks placed on areas of the skin or used during a massage on the body. The heat from the stones during treatment increases circulation and induces deep relaxation.

Ear Candling

Ear Candling naturally draws out excess wax and medication build-up. The process removes toxins and can improve balance caused by swimmers ear, sinus congestion, and general ear problems.

Cupping Therapy

The therapeutic use and benefits of cupping date back thousands of years. The action of stretching and lifting the tissue from the body through suction cups can increase lymphatic drainage and blood flow, reduce pain and inflammation, breakdown adhesions and scar tissue to improve mobility.
